Why of all the industries you could get into have you chosen sign making when its something you don't have any experience of? you could set up a car dealership or ladies underwear store or anything? It seems very random if all you are looking to do is to make the money out of the actual real estate and tax losses etc... rather than the business?

Also have an in with the Remarketing banks so no leases - get everything off repo for 10 cents on the dollar can build out for way less then anyone else. Message me with some more info.

I'm able to leverage the real estate and the equipment with financing. Anyone that has my taxable income would understand the benefit otherwise it likely doesn't make sense. Research a QPP & section 179.

Ah ok, so the idea is that the sign business doesn't actually have to make any money, it's all a tax write off. To be honest that doesn't really make it an appealing proposition for someone to join up with
