I am trying to find someone who can come and service my HiFiJet FJ600. No one will do it since it is an "old" machine and discontinued (even ROLAND themselves said they would not service)...Help!
Everytime I send a file via colorchoice, it rips and seems like it is beginning to print but then turns off completely. I have tried: other files, changing media, cleaning heads, printing a test directly from machine but the same thing happens.
I need to find someone to come a take a look and fix it ASAP!
