Shirt design Layout advice?

Hello everyone,

I'm creating a "modern" shirt design for a local orthodontist as a favor. Please let me know if you have any thoughts on how to spice this up. Attached is his logo also so you can see the changes.

so modern just means grunge filter applied?

I would lose the 'teal' grunge parts and have it all white, for 1

The shirt design I think is a bad idea. The crackled filter you put over it is not working for me. As soon as I find out it's a dental place it just looks like chipped teeth. I do however like the rest of it.

His logo looks like a pointed tongue with stitches.
Lose the grunge, it's not a good look for something that is supposed to be straight, smooth & shiny when done.

Make it MODERN by placement - not just chest - try lower wrap around - or something different.
