I will quietly say that sometimes being part of a large national franchise is worth it. I've got on my armor for the criticism and I actually do not know how we got the power to delete.

the fast signs in my area still has a 1star review from a semitruck driver that once rated me for not having my delivery doors open until 8am but I got it deleted via reporting irrelevance.
...totally gives me SouthPark Yelp Reviewer vibes.
