Signlab and Edge FX question

I have an acquaintance that just bought a used FX and is running it with Signlab
and has a problem with calibrating the bombsite (X) to where the enVision
actually cuts- seems to be a 1/4 inch off. Anyone help please. Thanks Gene

I use Omega and have never had this problem- I am thinking it is the software?
