Just wanted to say SignWorld has great customer service. We ordered a retractable banner stand with print and the case had a tear in the fabric and the liner was cut. Took a pic and emailed them. Jennifer responded right away with an apology and is sending a new case.

The quality of the print and banner stand exceeded our expectations. We will order again.
