Small Size HDU Sign Supplier

Have a customer that is looking to get a routed HDU sign that measures approximately 24" x 18" x 1.5". I have tried searching the forums and the merchant members but am not finding anything. If there are any merchant members that do this small of an HDU sign can you please let me know?
