He and his brothers are home schooled and are quite tech-savvy, but they're only allowed very limited "screen-time". In some ways, they're growing up like I did some 50 years ago...with plenty of outdoor time, bicycles, water hoses, sandbox / dirt piles, bugs and sunshine...and I like that.
However, since they live out in the country, they do seem to enjoy a few "executive privileges" we city kids didn't have. They can often be seen lined up in a row...peeing off the side porch...and waving to cars passing by. Boys will be boys...
