There is no place that offers good templates to go off. I have searched high and low for every template manufactuer that can be found on the web... call it part of my job description. And it doesn't exist.
Either con a shop into selling you one or simply make one yourself. All you can do.

I do these vintage racers for a friend. Commercial templates just don't exist. I use transfer tape on the sled, mark it with a sharpie, then move the tape to the wall. Put a horiz and vert reference dimension on it, take a photo, then draw it out. If it's critical, plot a paper pattern and test it out.
