sp 540..cartridges not conected

hi guys, this just came up and i have no way to explain but with a picture...

its been printing great, all inks are more than half full
any ideas on what this problem is?

i have cleaned it while its on there, but still the same, it was dirty

printing fine again, possible static build up

I had to flip mine over recently. No problems now!

Did you run a linear calibration after re-inserting the freshly cleaned encoder strip? It will help you verify that it is 100% cleaned or not.
