SP300 tool ribbon cable

Does anyone have the actual usable part number for the tool ribbon cable for the VersaCAMM SP-300? Ours finally kinked, but my dealer is having trouble getting the part number to get it in for me?!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Who is your dealer ?? Sounds like you need a new one.

The Cut Carraige Cable for the SP-300 & SP-300V is Roland Part #23475207 and lists for $22.80. This must be changed in conjunction with the two guides that are Part # 22305102, which list for $6.00 for the pair. Generally, these are not user-serviceable parts.

i agree with mediaman, my tech just left after replacing mine. too many small parts etc.

I did manage to replace mine a while back. It was not fun. Carefull you dont drop any of those little plastic rivets into the machine. Put a covering of some sort over the platten and rollers.
