sp300v can anyone identify this prob

Can anyone identify what is happening.
Spoke with Roland and they said the heads.
Called a local dealer and they said caps and maybe dampers but not heads.
Test print shows dots are missing so nozzles must be clogged.
On the last print i did black is turning to green and magenta is distorted.
Thanks for any advice

looks like bad or clogged nozzles to me. at least on my mutoh that is the problem when we get that type of print.

I gotta go home and clear my head now it's starting to hurt.I got the machine in parts and I know I am gonna do something I regret so best I leave it and come back to it in the morning.

It looks like you may have air in the lines, or are possibly out of ink. Sometimes the carts will run out without registering that they are empty.
