Speed controls being used in Eastern Canada
How's this for excellent speed control?

I don't know about you, but this would certainly slow me down!?
People slow down and try to "straddle" the hole... ??

This is actually a speed control device that is in use.
It is much cheaper than speed cameras.

Pretty clever - especially when moved around each day.?
Isn't art wonderful?

Speed limit in my neighborhood is 15mph. If they were going anywhere near that it would be hard to even slide the tires.

We have those naturally here in PA, "Home of the Pot holes" or now speed reduction devices! hehehehehe
