Static Discharge?

[signcrafters]

I do some work on an Edge 2.
On some prints, I get what looks like static discharge in the form of sharp, short lines.
Please take a look at pict.
If I re-nest the file, It will usually go away.
Thoughts?

That’s either a foil wrinkle or markings on the vinyl material.

I though the same thing. Only problem is, it happens in about the same place on the same print ONLY when they are nested with a large unprinted area toward the front of the printer. Change the nesting and it prints fine, go back and same thing happens.

Have printed this file for 10 jobs, a wrinkle wouldn't recur as this does.

It looks like a wrinkle to me too.

Your best bet is to call into GerberService (800-828-5406) for some diagnostics.
