step and repeat 8 foot retractable

A customer asked to purchase an 8 ft x 8 ft step and repeat retractable banner. I don't see any online anywhere. and I would like to deter him from buying one. and perhaps that's just it. theyre not online. what I did find online was $1000 retail.
has anyone seen these? and do you sell them?

maybe they don't really mean retractable? and just need the regular 8 x 8 frame ?

no, he sent me a picture of the 8x8 retractable. what a nightmare that would be from installing that banner to set up.

That base doesn't look large enough to retract that banner into it.
