Question storing a printer

it's funny, i have answered this question many times...
but
i am considering storing my mutoh vj1617h
closing the englishtown location & downsizing (to many medical issues with my wife,)
has anybody ever flushed one of the MP31 mutohs and SUCESSFULLY revived it later?
this ink chemistry doesn't strike me as being terribly forgiving & it is tough on a DX7 head
i am always skeptical of this whole process. the MP31 chemistry is pretty "sticky"

I don't have any experience with that ink set. That being said, the most common mistake people make when storing Mutohs is not checking the ink lines after the longstore procedure. Sometimes 1 or many lines won't fully clear out properly and you need to manually clear them.
