Striping Contour

OK cant believe I cannot figure this out.

Have to do a 1" stripe that is going to butt up against a wheel well so it needs an arc at the end to fit the contour of the wheel well

usually I would just lay the vinyl and trim it into the trim of the wheel well itself but I have to match existing striping on the vehicle and there is about a 1/2" space between the end of vinyl and wheel well itself so I wanted to cut it out in flexi.

I have the stripe but now how do i get that contour I am looking for - assume it would have something to do with nodes but not sure

That's right. You need to edit the nodes to make the contour. You may have to convert the stripe to outlines prior to editing. See the attached picture.
