Substrate suggestion

2x3 digital print mounted outdoors, inside a display case. Originally mounted it on 3mm PVC with disastrous results (Multiple warpage as the sun hits it).

Any suggestions on a cost effective substrate for this application?

since inside of a case, don't have to worry about someone being injured on corners? 040 alum or an off brand dibond

I was gonna say econolite but it has a fluted core which doesn't look nice IMO
