Need Help Summa not cutting copies

I'm having trouble with a Summa S2 T-160. When sending multiple copies of a job (one panel of a 2 panel job), no matter how many copies I select in Flexi, it only cuts one copy then advances to the new origin as if it's done. Anyone experienced this issue before? Not sure if this is a Summa problem or a Flexi problem.

The graphtecs are working properly. However, they are on a completely separate instance of production manager, so I can't send a cut to them from the same computer that's running the summa machines.

Are these OPOS jobs or just cutting? On the S2 series plotters, sheet mode is enabled only for OPOS jobs. Only with the introduction of the S3 series is sheet mode also enabled for cut-only jobs
