Summa S One D60 Bad Cuts

Hey i got some problems with my Summa S One D60 i cant get clean cuts since a few weeks he's always cutting corners
I have already changed the Stripe, Bladeholder and the knife 30° original summa
i use Oracal 751 90 Gram already tried changing Offset from 0,40 to 0,45
Rollers are clean vinyl lies flat and clean inside the cutter
i hope anyone can help me with this

Blades have a specific offset. Changing it randomly will only cause issues.
Also check and make sure the head isn't loose.

That's the first thing I thought of the belt or carriage appears to be loose. Or the blade holder isn't secured properly. Or the blade holder bearings are wearing down.

What speed are you running ?? How old is the blade and machine ?

I checked everything head isnt loose bearings have no game belt Strength should be okay holder is fixed in the machine i cant move anything all screws are tight everything looks good
Machine is a about a year old blade about 2 weeks but i get the same cut results with another blade
no matter which degree 60, 45 If I turn the knife further in, it gets worse i testet already speed from 50-500 ms

only the knife stop looks a bit damaged is there something missing ? i mean its metal on plastic in a few years there is no blue plastic anymore ??
