So saturated having an issue where our Summa would just stop cutting in the middle of files. No Lyme or reason just stops. No way to recut or continue the cut. Ones is finds that point that is as far as it goes. Reset everything back to default, updated software and firmware. Printing from most recent version of Onyx and cut server. thoughts?

Turn the barcode reader in the cut server. Just had Onyx support tell me to do this and have not had any issues.

Unfortunately, this is a known issue with the current version of Onyx. There should be a patch fix update that you can download that should resolve this issue here - https://onyxgfx.com/updates-and-patches/

The latest patch was released in late April to fix the connectivity time out issue. If that doesn't fix the problem, I would try sending a few jobs using Winplot or GoSign to see if you have a similar communication timeout, which might indicate an issue with the com board on the cutter. I suspect that you likely won't have any issues with Winplot/GoSign, which would mean that Onyx is causing the problem.
