Summa S3 Issues

Hey Everyone,

I just got a Summa S3 TC160 and i cannot figure out how to stop it from creating these tabs. I have tried everything I can find to no success. I've got it down to where its minimal but the cuts are rough along the edges. Im using Onyx Go, 60 degree blade, Substance Vinyl with Substance Laminate, and flex cut is the setting. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I' ve attached a photo for reference.

If you are using flexcut it will create tabs.

But as you just got it I would contact the seller and let them show how to set it up correctly.

Are the tabs normally this long? I have it set to a very small flex pressure length thinking it would make the tabs smaller.

No and I think you have some other issue there. Possibly with your cutline in the design.

You really have to go trough the whole process in order. Calibrate your knife (you are not using the default knife). Test with a sample file. Try without flexcut. Try with default flexcut settings. etc.
