Summa Thru-Cut Not Cutting Correctly

Hello.

I have a summa S3-T140.
I do a lot of Thru-Cut on it.
When it was new, the cuts were perfect.
After a few changed Knives, the thru-cut is not that perfect anymore. It has a spos, where the sticker remains stuck.

I changed the strip with a new one (a tehnician did it)
I changed the knife, also did an offset calibration, opos calibration and still not ok.

what full pressure did you set? and flex velocity?
if possible try to reduce one of the two or increase the space between the shapes

Incresed the space between the shapes. still not working

Full presure 320g, and flex velocity 200mm/s.

They are not dropping from the support.

I'll try by reducing the flex velocity, you can also enable multi pass to reduce the pressure or use a different knife (45°)

Unfortunately with flexcut there is no certain rule to get a good cut, the only rule is ...trial and error

I tried also.

Flex Cut Was perfect when the cutter was brand new.
With the same 36 degree knife.
It looks like im missing something, but I dont know what.

Also I saw summa doesnt have a Technical Support Online. :(

Maybe the blade is not out far enough. I have done this and went up on the pressure. 320 seems a bit high to me for full pressure, I have never had mine up that high.

I would shorten your gap(full length) and tab(flex length) distances and also ensure that your flex pressure is around 70-80 grams less than your full pressure. The pressure does seem a bit high for a 3 mil vinyl, so you could try increasing your blade depth just a bit(maybe a quarter rotation worth) and tailing off the pressure just a bit(maybe 250 full pressure and 180 flex pressure with the slight increase in blade depth).
