T-750 Pro Not Cutting A Part Of The Letters.

So this usually just happens on just one letter, or part of a stripe or what ever, I bought this machine used in 2005, she is a WORKHORSE! Anyone know what might be the problem?

Have you noticed the incomplete portions being at the start and stop points of the letters?
