I'm looking for a company to partner up with that will handle our technical service needs for Mimaki, Summa, Graphtec and Gerber equipment as well as RIP software issues. The support from Summa and Gerber for the plotters and T.T. printers is great, but Graphtec and Mimaki support is lacking, and its very difficult to resolve issues that involve printers, plotters and Rips from different manufacturers.
Our current source for tech service can not keep up with our growth, and my brain is not big enough to take care of it all.
Any advice is appreciated!

Where are you located? There are probably regional and national companies that are more than able to help you out.
