Good call on Goudy. The L and E should have been a dead giveaway. By the way, Frederick Goudy was born and raised just 20 minutes from me in Bloomington, IL. Here's a really good write up from the local newspaper about him that you might find interesting.

Ya know, if you Google the title of the board, it will pop up about 200 of those signs. Each one is a totally different style. Looks more like hand done to me, with a close resemblence to some of those fonts mentioned.
