there is some dust around the print job in Roland VP540

hii everyone,firstly i want to thanks all the keepers on this excellent site and really u r doing a great job..i have a vp540 machine it had been works for more than a year and for some bad circumstances i was obligated to change the heads (the four heads) i spent too much time in making the Head alignment but finally i talked to roland tech. and he told me how to make the head alignment step by step, my problem now is when i print i saw somthing like (ink dust) around the print job and the technecian is not available this week so if someone knows about this i will be very indebted
