thin black line printed horozontal through graphic

OK my next to new Roland SP540I just printed a 2' x2' graphic and shot a thin black line down the center of the graphic. the line runs horizontal to the machine bed so across not up and down. I was going to run the same graphic again but thought I would throw this out first before wasting more materials. any one else have this happen or know what might cause/cure it?

Thanks Dave

I have this issue as well, especially when sending multiple copies through - I have an SP-540i. I'm curious to what causes this.

My test print shows no mis-firing. This does not happen all the time - usely with a tight deadline looming - lol

no miss fire here either I ran the same graphic again 75% of the original size and turned it 90* to see if the line would print vertical and no line this time. My sales rep has never seen it before. Hiccup or what? I just hate thinking i will be printing a larger graphic and this happens 7 foot into it.
