This is the debate I want to see.

we both know it would come down to vader and eye of sauron, they have the experience of running an empire and are just evil enough to kill everyone else there. Sauron would not really be approachable and all his speeches would be rather impersonal since it would come from his minions. (not a people person) Vader, while being ruthless and cunning really is a second in command type, he can lead ... but really sticks to the side lines. while voldomort really knows how to micro manage small groups, but as a whole really can not accomplish a whole lot without inciting rebellion. Cobra commander on the other hand could give them all a run for their money, as he has leadership experience and is able to cohesively organize and manage those under him ... sadly military leadership is different that civil. Bane would probably be an outside contender but his drug addiction to venom would be a heavy negative when it comes to comparing to the good stuff he has done as a leader.

Personally I would vote for Cobra Commander since if I were going to vote for a snake, I would want to vote for a real one. Viva la Cobra-la!

Oh and as an independent Dr. Doom would be my choice.

nope, serpentor is created by splicing all the great rulers and warlords of the past dna together. There are a few comics where he gets turned into a giant snake though not born from Cobra-la. Think super-soldier.

In the cartoon cobra commander wears his mask to hide the fact he is a snake race called cobra-la and that he founded cobra to conquer the world and prepare it for cobra-la's rise to power.

Oh, and that was just a nerd bomb right there. Boosh.
