Trojan...HELP

I just ran an AVG scan and it detected a trojan and moved it to the virus vault. In the virus vault I have a number of options. There are Wipe, Empty or delete. I have never had a trojan before and I'm not sure what to do.

So, should I wipe, empty or delete?

Thanks Techman. I was looking at free font sites and ran the scan emediately afterwords before doing anything with the fonts. I had the feeling something was'nt right.
