True Vis VG3-540 Media Pinching

I just got the True Vis VG3-540 and I am having a hard time cutting material. It pinches on the sides and am not sure what settings to change. I have attached a photo(pinching to the right of the star) and tried to upload a video but cannot figure that out.


Any help would be appreciated

Hey, I have the same printer, maybe I can help you diagnose what's going on. You can record the video and upload it to YouTube/Vimeo/Google Photos/iCloud and share the link.

Also, if you could let me know the following info:
Vinyl Name/Type
RIP Software
Cut Settings on the printer and on RIP
Heat/Dryer Temps

I have the same machine. it may be your media clamps. during training our tech explained needing to see the edge of the film in that little hole. in otherwords see a half circle.
when cutting we usually move the media clamps away. Good luck
