im starting to realize that NOBODY in our world can READ anymore!

they are not hubcaps!!! they stay upright ALL THE GOD DAMN ****ING TIME!

Well the ad does nothing to show that they don't spin with the wheels in motion. Not everyone reads ad copy. If this was in a magazine I would have skimmed by it and never realized they don't move. They need to show one of the cars driving down the road in motion with the hubcaps still.
