Update on power supply

I was able to get someone from Roland to actually respond to me even though they don't support this printer any more. Here is what I need.

I need recommendations on where I can purchase one. I saw one at Digiprint but I have not heard good things about them. My local authorized dealer is really dragging their feet in getting back to me.

There is also a supplier called Radwell that has many such parts from many disciplines - if they don't have any used parts in stock they can repair for you.

yah, that was my mistake. I am going back to being a printer and not a tech

With the availability of techs in most areas, it's good to learn both. Otherwise, you get stuck paying idiots like me the big bucks to plug a cable back in.
