Urgent Help about Sp300 Sensor

What this sensor and where is install?

It is an encoder sensor, but there should be a black cover over diodes so it won't work like that. Can you post a pic of the front of the board and I should be able to work out which one it is as the printer has various ones in different places

Yes, it is the wiper position sensor, it tells the printer when the wipers have moved and gone back into the correct position. If this is faulty the printer wont initialise properly. I have the sensors in stock if you need one

It connects to the right hand side of the cleaning station as you look at it from the front, towards the back. You should see a hole where the sensor diodes part fits through

Do you mean the station that the cap top is connected to? Or the part where wiper Head is there?

It is just to the side of where the wipers come out from their cover
