URGENT! VG3 STUCK in PUMP STOP ERROR- PLEASE HELP

Hey guys-

So my Tech from grimco has been here for 3 days. Roland shipped my parts out late and she has to come back next week. We were doing alignments as the group A (1st printhead) is the one that's displaying issues and we accidentally did a head wash(unbeknownst to me) requires more cleaning cartridges. We canceled it and now the printer is stuck in pump stop error. Tried to take battery out of board, have left the printer unplugged for an hour- I am here because I need to print some basic banners to retain clients and this has taken so long. Do any of you techs have any specific instructions on what I need to do? They will be back next week, but this is so frustrating. I have been out of work for two months and now this shit too! If anyone can help I would be grateful- Happy to message you with my cell phone number too if you want to call-

Thank you for your time-

Also No code was thrown, it just said pump stop error. Other techs Sid let it cool down for three hours- one tech said remove the cr2032 battery from board. We tried to do a head soak and I dont think the tech or I knew that you needed more cleaning cartridges for this process so we stopped it and the ink cartridges were not out for more than 10 minutes. I am desperate for a fix- Please advise.

we have left the machine unplugged for an hour and started it up again with no luck. Same error with no code- Could the pump be broken? Would be ever so grateful for help tonight in how to move forward.

remove the cr2032 battery, (after unplugging power cord)wait 15 minutes, then, with a clip lead short the 2 contacts for the battery

I got it figured out, we couldn't get into service mode and had to re configure the ink mode for the printer to be recognized in vw for the pump error to go away. After 5 hours it was a simple misstep with the shift key- Thanks for your help I appreciate it-
