Trying to find the brand and color of blue cut vinyl that the USAF specifies for the new winged warrior logo?

Might be a custom color that only they have access too. Best bet would be to get the RGB or Lab values and print it on a properly profiled system.

Google is your friend. The brand guidelines say Pantone 287C, which is predominantly Reflex Blue. I'd use Sapphire Blue in cut vinyl.
