Is anyone out there using the Eye-One to profile in Versaworks? We've had the Eye-One for awhile now, but have never been able to get it to work. I'm tired of waiting for our distributor to figure out how to use the darn thing so he can show us.
I have installed the software, and am able to print the test sheet. The problem arises when I try to read the test print. I can press the button on the side, and see the unit light up, but when I scan across the swatches it just returns an error as soon as I let go of the button. I'm going to call Gretag next week, but thought I'd ask here first. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!
