versaworks updates

versaworks came out with a new update last Wednesday (I think) I only update the software on weekends and if I have any problems I don't stall production during the week. I ran the update last Friday and when I try to open versaworks (Monday) it was telling me that the printer was unplug and that I needed a dongle key to oparate the software, this never happened before so I rolled back the updates and was able to use the software again, My question is. Did this happen to anybody else and did you get around it?

I installed an update last week but had no issues..

I installed it last week with no problems.

We did one recently and had no ill-effects from it........ yet......knock on wood !!

We did ours last week. No noticeable problems.

No problem here either, although I had to do a manual update

i did my sp300 and no problem
then i updated my vp540 and i could not get on my network any more so i restored the computer to about a week before and now i can get on the network again not sure if it was the update or what
