Vinyl pens?

Hey everyone. I have a customer that wants decals that he can write on. But he wants it to be something that won't rub off with cleaning solution. It would be written permanently. Is there a pen that I can purchase that will do this?. Eco solvent or something?
Thanks for any of the suggestions or leads.

exactly, take a sharpie and try to remove it all.

there is quite a difference though, between real sharpies and those Chinese things from the 99 cent store.

There is laminate made specifically for you to be able to write on with standard pens.
Sharpies will write on most laminated vinyls.
There are also paint markers that will write on anything and NOT come off, but they are more expensive and harder to write with.

have you seen the ones, milwaukee & other tool companies have, that write on ANYTHING

i bought a bunch of them, after seeing a video where the guy signed his name on a stick of softened butter.

the wife thinks that is the greatest, when we mark things for the freezer

Wow, I hadn't heard of those. I'm getting some! Which one do you have?
