Proxy. I use this setup for 6 years and this never happened before.Have you set your surface position, or are you using the proxy sensor?
Thank you I got it working.As CanuckSigns says; You have to verify that your Z-position is set on the surface of the material. If it is, have you made a new file that you are trying to engrave, or is this the same file you engraved before?
If your program allowes for a setup where you choose to set surface on either the top of the material or the bottom, this could also be a factor.
And at last -have you chosen the correct driver when you output the file...

Can you snap a picture?But when I removed the motor a small item like a brush for electric motor has fell out.
It's fine being big, unfortunately it's pretty blurry. Take a step back and get another shot, along with any info off the side of the motor that may indicate the manufacturer.This is the first time I've done this hope it's not to big.
