What type is the original file you are printing from?
What material are you printing onto? As the material looks very rough/textured.
Are you using the correct profile for the material?

Profiles of paper profiles. I am using Mutoh dye, where profiles can be obtained?One did not match any profiles. Can you help me on the profiles?

does not color the same.
Consists of stains and scratches on the print.

Is your test print good?
If you have a lot of nozzles out you will never be able to come anywhere near proper matches.
I have had a new print head installed in my 1604 recentley and even though the previous head had only a few nozzles out the colour matching has improved loads.
What RIP are you using to print from?
I would possibly find out what the colour is meant to be (either CMYK or RGB).
TIF files are not the greatest files to be using and are mainly used for web pages as they can be compressed a lot.
Get your client to give you the file in a different format preferably a Vector file (EPS, AI, PDF)
