much of my equipment in 4 10x15 storage units.
bucket truck & trailer in a rented space
mutoh & hp designjet (& my stratasys 3d printer) in my garage along with a 54" rototrim

went home last night & expected to get first real nights sleep in 10 days.
the wife had a medical issue & is in hospital again...

on the bright side, that shows i made the right choice not renewing the lease on the warehouse

i bought a couple car covers & setup the mutoh vj1617h & the designjet t1600dr in the 2 car garage
the server is in the area over the garage, and my main design computer is setup where i can RDP into it
added a couple A/Cregisters so the garage is climate controlled

at this point i won't have to turn down anything profitable.
anything above 4x4 ft will go out to WYLDGFI

this gives me the option of picking & choosing jobs for the next year, seeing how things develop with my wife
i will only need to go through the door off the kitchen instead of driving 25 minutes to the shop

You might say to yourself..."why didn't I do this sooner"...when I sold my building and moved my equipment to my basement, it was the best thing I ever did.

Best wishes to your wife, hope all goes well for her

if i saw the opportunity to get an affordable 1000-1200 sq ft i would jump on it in a minute
an assembly area will be the big problem, i imagine

Since my set-up is in the basement, if I have signs over 48" high, I assemble them in my living room LOL Still better than having the overhead of a shop.
