Weird Cutting issue on my GRAPHTEC. What the heck is this????

Seems more like a gear lost a tooth, right? The whole set of characters vertically is off.
Is it cutting line by line, orndod it cut that u at the end?
I've had it happen where it cut every letter BUT the insides.... Cut like 7 ft of letters, went back to do the insides and the material shifted and ended up cutting way off.
Theretically you should be able to cut something, have it go 8 ft and cut a letter, have it come back and cut the next and it should still align... But it's a roller fed plotter and sometimes it'll stick or catch and not be perfect. So my guess is it's not cutting in order, came back and then cut the letter in a different spot
