Weird staggered print on HP 360

Re- installed Flexi and problem hadn't reoccured since (about 4 days).

ADDENDUM:
Yesterday I had to reload Flexi and the problem returned. But I realize I checked the box that says Print while Ripping (worked well on a previous software I had). So it seems the core problem is that: Don't print while ripping.

Reason should be then slow PC or network bottlenecked.
