It has just about everything you'd need to get into business. As for the quality or level of the machines, only you know what you're target audience needs.

Looks like a good deal.
Not a major company.
I’ve had friends buy things like this because they save 10-20 percent but in a year or 2 when they break, company and repairs are gone and then they just take up shop space while they buy equipment from the majors
