What does a urban feel mean?

Hey guys, I have a potential customer who runs a aftermarket import parts company who wants a spin off to their current logo.

They said it must have a urban feel. What exactly does that mean as far as logos go? You guys would seem to know better than me.

Cityfied as opposed to countryfied

grafitti font, lots of splatters, lots of bird wings and maybe a skull.

Get tribal in there for the superfecta

Then put a machinewash/grunge mask over the whole thing at the end. Look at some of Sergios work with the ghetto cowboy for inspiration (without the cowboy font)
