What is causing this only around 24" from the right side?

Rebooted, reinstalled firmware. Looks like nozzle firing when not supposed to but only around 24" in from the right a randomly lead edge to trail edge.

Clean and lubricate the carriage rods (upper and lower) and clean the linear encoder strip.

Trailing cable. Need new data and power.
