I haved used my plotter for some time with arlon 2500 calendar vinyl without a problem. I just cut som cast arlon 2100 series vinyl and the corners of some of the letters were wrinkled. The vinyl was cut but the corner was pushed back toward the body of the letter a few mm. I was able to save the vinyl by either smoothing the corner down or clipping it with my knife. Is this normal? Any suggestions? Thanks.
