What is the best tool to use for "contour" cutting of coroplast?
For example, to cut out a human figure along the contour?

I found several options on the Internet.

Thank you very much in advance :)

What thickness ?? Jigsaw for almost all applications, unless ya have a cnc. We do it all the time. Also works on acm stuff, too.

If you're cutting 4mm coro, then Exacto will work as well or better than the options you asked about. If you're cutting 10mm then a jigsaw or trim router will be the way to go. Regardless if it's 4 or 10mm, if it's more than a few pieces at a time then outsource it to one of the wholesale shops here on Signs101.
