What Screws to use for brick?

I have a brick building that i have to basically wrap with Polymetal.. Well I shouldn't say wrap.. basically put a few stripes down the thing. What screws do you recommend for Brick? Do i need to use a drill bit first and drill a hole? Just need some info/thoughts on how to do this. I attached some pictures (not the best, just a quick insight to see what is trying to be accomplished)

tapcon rocks and i also like the concrete slam anchors, they have a pin that you hammer in and they run tight against the material you have to drill out first

using tapcon you better have one hell of a hammer drill or those puppies can be hell going in

Tapcon screws. Yes you need a hammer drill and the masonry bit.
